How does GIMME work?
You can order through the website or by using the GIMME app available on the iOS and Android stores.
Simply add your address and select the category you would like to order from (food, liquor, grocery, medication and gifts) or you can browse from the 100’s of partnered stores available in your area based on locations nearest to you and place your order.
Once the GIMME platform receives your order, the location you ordered from will get to work preparing your order and carefully package it.
Once it’s all ready to go, a GIMME Delivery Partner will pick up and deliver your order promptly.
What Kind Of partnered stores are listed on GIMME
GIMME partners with local stores and restaurants nearby to bring your favorite meals, drinks and special gifts to the comfort of your own home. You can also choose another address if you are visiting friends or someone else’s home as a kind gesture.
How is the food delivered to me?
One of our speedy GIMME Delivery Partners will collect your order and deliver your meal straight to your doorstep. Don’t worry, we’ll make sure your hot food arrives hot. Your order doesn’t sit on the passenger seat, we keep it hot or cold in our double insulated thermal delivery bag(s) provided to our GIMME Delivery Partners.
How is the food packed?
Packaging always depends on the type of food and restaurant you’re ordering from. Restaurants take great care to use packaging that maintains the correct temperature for as long as possible. Each restaurant will package their meals appropriately – they know their food best. Our delivery Partners will ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition.
How is the alcohol delivered to me?
Don’t worry, one of our speedy Delivery Partners will make sure your cold drinks arrive cold. Your order doesn’t sit on the passenger seat, we keep it cold in our double insulated thermal delivery bags provided to our Delivery Partners.
We take delivering alcohol seriously and our GIMME Delivery Partners are required to comply with the law.

When can I order with GIMME?
It depends on the partnered store, but our GIMME Delivery Partners are on the roads from 11:00am to 10:00pm Local Time.
What if I have allergies?
If you have specific allergies and are concerned about any items on a menu, please check the restaurant notes section of the restaurant menu and for further information contact the restaurant directly prior to ordering. Many partnered restaurants will display dish by dish allergen information. Where that information is not available or if you have further questions, please contact the restaurant prior to ordering if you have any allergy concerns.
How do I redeem a promo or voucher code?
If you have a voucher code, you can redeem this in the app or on the website. If you’re using the app, go to your account and add the code into the ‘Enter a Promo Code’ field when on the Order Summary Screen. On the website, click ‘Enter a Promo Code’ on the checkout page.
Can I place orders in advance?
In the current version of the GIMME App orders are based on a ASAP delivery basis. We will be releasing various product features over the next 6months to a year. Any features that come to mind feel free to contact us and let us know your ideas!
Can GIMME Delivery Partners go to multiple locations?
GIMME does not limit you from placing multiple orders at the same time, in the event you need items from multiple locations. However please note that this may incur multiple delivery charges and may require more than one Delivery Partner.
Why doesn’t GIMME accept cash?
It’s safer for our Delivery Partners – plus it enables you to easily order and pay in one place. You can tip your Delivery Partner through the GIMME app while placing your order.
Do I Have To Tip?
Whether you tip or not is completely up to you. You can tip in the app when placing your order or tip in cash when the Delivery Partner gives you your Order. GIMME Delivery Partners always receive 100% of all tips.
Do you charge the same prices as the restaurant or store does?
We strongly encourage partnered stores to use the same prices for delivery as they do in store. There may be some variations in pricing, but GIMME does not mark up any prices our partnered stores provide.
I have a big party coming up, can I get special discounts on large orders?

What if something is wrong with my order?
Phone or text us on 0224767358 or send an email to [email protected] and we will be straight onto it!
What if my order is late?
Once your GIMME Delivery Partner is on their way, you can track the order status real-time in the GIMME App. During busy periods some orders may take a little longer than normal. We actively track order progress – so if we see any delay to your order, we will try to let you know.
What if I am not around when the Delivery Partner arrives?
Your GIMME Delivery Partner will always try to call you if there’s any problem reaching you at the point of delivery. If they are unable to contact you when they reach your delivery address, our Customer Service team will try and reach you via phone and email. Please keep your phone handy and check your emails during the delivery process for any updates.
If we can’t contact you and are unable to deliver the order, your GIMME Delivery Partner will wait for up to 5 minutes before leaving your order at the designated address, they will take a picture and mark your order as delivery complete. In this event, you’ll still be charged for your order. To prevent this from happening, it’s always a good idea to double-check your contact and address details.
Please note, alcohol orders cannot be left unattended as verification of age and intoxication needs to be checked. In this case if an alcohol order cannot be delivered for any reason, your GIMME Delivery Partner will return the alcohol to the originating store. You will be refunded for the alcohol purchased, the delivery fee charged at the time of purchase will not be refunded and you will be charged a return fee.
What if I want to cancel or edit my order?
As long as the restaurant has not yet started preparing your order, you’re able to cancel and or edit your order in the app or by calling Customer Service at 0224767358 or contacting the partnered store directly. If the restaurant has already started preparing your order you may not be able to cancel or edit your order.
How Do Fees Work On Gimme?
Delivery fees are based on your distance from the partnered store and will be calculated and displayed in the app.
The closer you are to the restaurant, the lower your delivery fee. This helps us pay our delivery Gophers fairly. We don’t take commission on delivery fees. It all goes to our hard working delivery Gophers. They deserve it

GIMME Benefits are a way to show some love to our loyal customers. Earn points every time you order and every now and then you can treat yourself on us. You will also get regular notifications with offers from the local businesses we support. You can also earn points by referring others to download and order from the GIMME App.
